This year we are holding our annual sale on the 24th of March at 1pm. The sale includes a group of select stud females and our pick of the 2018 bull drop, it is held on our property at Bishopsbourne and the cattle will be displayed in our large and open display yards. We will have hot and cold drinks available as well as a light snack.
Our selected group of females will be made up of some mature cows and a group fo heifers, they will all be pregnancy tested. All our females calve in spring and are joined to Richmond Hill sires. This is an excellent opportunity to purchase some of the family lines that have worked so well for us over many years.
In our draft of bulls this year we have sons and or grandsons of SAV Real Performance, Matauri Reality, JMB Traction, Sydgen Trust and WK Replay. All the sale bulls were scanned, structurally and temperament assessed in January by Bovine Scanning Service and they showed excellent temperament and structure. In a first for us this year all the bulls have been sire verified and genomics tested. As always they are ready to work, semen and pesti tested and are guaranteed for 12 months. This is an opportunity to purchase top genetics that are proven to work well in Tasmania.
We have been building our base herd for over 60 years with genetics from over the world. Our cattle are selected on what performs in our environment.
